Times and Cancellation Policy
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. The time needed for the service(s) that you schedule is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule a reservation, we require 24 HOURS notice. Please call 570-320-7111. If no one answers, leave your message on our voicemail.
- Appointments cancelled 24 hours prior will not be charged
- Same day cancellations will be charged 20% of the scheduled price
- If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service(s)
