SCHEDULING

We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment. A no-show may result in a credit card number to book future appointments. Also, late arrivals may receive a partial service of their scheduled treatment time. Thank you for your understanding.

CHECK-IN POLICY

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. All appointments are scheduled with the estimated service time in mind. If you know you will need more time, please let us know. This will allow you to relax and enjoy your time with us.
